Business System Analysis and Performance Review of Supply Chain Software Implementation.

Worked as an intermediate party in a frayed situation between a customer and a software vendor to give an unbiased analysis of the situation they were in.

The result of this work has allowed both parties to continue with the project and have clearer views and objectives to complete the task successfully.

Post implementation performance improvement, Project Management and troubleshooting of operational Supply Chain software system.

Via a structured process of resetting key parameters and a process of reimplemention, improved the performance of the software on average greater than 200%.
